What is your curent turnaround time? TOP

I strive to get orders done as quick as possible!  Check the front page of the website for the current turnaround time or please contact me for a timeframe.  I am a mom of two children and I work from home.   

Can I wash my bows? TOP
You can handwash your bows and let them dry. I do not suggest washing korkers.

My baby has very fine or very little hair what do you recommend? TOP
No Problem! Our infant Hairbows come standard with grippy on them.  They will stay in the finest of baby hair! Just choose the grippy option on any of the other styles and it can be added to insure our bows or clippies stay in your little ones hair.

How are my items being shipped? TOP

Items are shipped First Class in a box with delerivery confirmation. If you would like a different shipping method please let me know and I will let you know your shipping cost.

What is your return refund policy? TOP

I want all my customers to be happy with there purchase.  But sometimes things can happen.

All custom orders can not be returned.
Any personalized order can not be returned.

However if you receive your order and are unhappy with say the color choices you chose you may send it back for it to be switched out. You are responsible for shipping both ways and whatever extra cost is incurred. Items must be returned within 7 days from the day you receive it, in the same condition you received it in(box, BowCards etc). I suggest sending it back with some type of tracking as things do get lost and I can not be responsible for lost items.

If for some other reason you are unhappy and we determine you can return your item a Store Credit will be issued to you.

No refunds will be issued.

What is your referral program? TOP

Referral program is for those that tell all there friends,co-workers anyone about Lori's Styling Hair Stuff.  How does it work:

1. You tell a friend about Lori's Styling Hair Stuff
2. Your friend places an order and puts your name in the comments or how they heard about my website.
3. You place an order and receive a free hair bow.
4. Pick a color and put it in the comments sections when placing your order. Your Free Classic Hair Bow will be sent to you with your order.
